Dear Valued International Aluminum Customer: We have attained our goal of a swift restructuring and have officially exited Chapter 11. We look toward the future as a stronger, more viable company with a strengthened balance sheet and a dramatic reduction in our outstanding debt. Throughout this process we were fortunate to be in a strong cash position that ensured our day-to-day operations were not affected. We hope that our commitment to you, as our valued customers, was met by your standards. We would not have such a positive outlook on our future without your continued support through this process. We want to assure you that moving forward our customer experience continues to be our number one priority and we will achieve that through not only our superior products, but also our high standards of customer service. As per the terms of our Plan of Reorganization, we will be operating under a new corporation, named International Architectural Group LLC. Our Company’s brands, those you do business with, United States Aluminum, RACO Interior Products, International Window and International Extrusion will retain their names and structures. This minor change will be virtually seamless to you. You can be assured that warranties for past purchased products are still in effect, and you are guaranteed the protection of our warranties on future products as well, just as before.
